This document is an official offer (public offer) by a self-employed individual applying the special tax regime “Professional Income Tax” (Tax ID 452603137474), hereinafter the “Seller”, to conclude a contract for the sale of digital goods on the terms set out below with any person with legal capacity, hereinafter the “Buyer”.
1. General provisions
1.1. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer. Acceptance of the offer is the Buyer's payment for the selected goods.
1.2. By placing an order and paying for the goods, the Buyer confirms that they have read these terms in full and accept them.
2. Subject of the contract
2.1. The Seller sells and the Buyer purchases digital goods (electronic files: Excel templates, scripts, bots, document templates) presented in the catalogue on the website https://bytebuy.ru.
2.2. The goods are not physical objects: access is provided in the Buyer's account on the website as a download link.
3. Price and payment
3.1. Prices are stated in Russian roubles on the website and include all taxes.
3.2. Payment is made by bank transfer through a payment service that provides secure payment processing.
3.3. The Seller does not store the Buyer's payment details. All payments are processed by the payment service.
3.4. In accordance with Federal Law No. 422-FZ, the Seller (self-employed) issues a receipt for each payment and sends it to the Buyer at the email provided during payment or through the “My Tax” application.
4. Delivery of the goods
4.1. Access to the file is provided to the Buyer in their account (in the “My purchases” section) once the payment is confirmed.
4.2. The download link is valid for a limited time (24 hours). The Buyer may request a new link if the current one has expired.
5. Refunds and exchanges
5.1. In accordance with Article 26.1, part 4, of the Russian Consumer Protection Law, digital goods downloaded by the Buyer are not subject to return or exchange.
5.2. If a file is corrupted, cannot be opened or does not match its description, the Buyer may request a replacement file or a refund. To do so, please contact the Seller using the details on the website.
6. Liability
6.1. The Seller guarantees that the digital goods are functional at the moment of transfer to the Buyer.
6.2. The Seller is not liable for any incompatibility of the goods with the Buyer's hardware, software or expectations unless that incompatibility was stated in the product description.
